Room wanted as lodger or in house share

My husbands cousin is looking for a room to rent from September/October. He is a medical doctor from Cameroon, late 20s, non smoker, native English speaker, good with pets and kids. Working as an emergency doctor at A&E at a large London hospital. He lived with our family last year for six months whilst doing his PLAB and has been living with us again since May. He is now ready to move out and is looking for a room either in a house share or as a lodger. Please PM me if you have something suitable.

  Oh yes, it could have been about there, I can't remember exactly. At one point there seemed to be a load of pizza places opening on NCR. I vaguely remember the one we used to use was put out of business by another one which opened. Wasn't Grace and Favour's food offering more of a tea shop at the back of the actual shop? If memory serves the owner, whose name escapes me now, was one of the earliest people I know to move to Hastings. Which must now be crammed with South East Londoners 🤣
