2 bed flat with private garden available for medium to long-term rent from mid August, potentially sooner (Muschamp Rd)

Recommended Posts

Hi Forum members.

I am relocating to Aberdeen for work from mid August or potentially sooner and am wondering if anyone on the forum is looking for a medium or long-term rental.  I have been successful in renting it out previously for those doing renovations or in-between moving houses so as I am leaving for at least a year, I thought I would try again before considering going through a letting agent.  I have included the link to the airbnb so you can see pictures (some of the rooms have been painted since so some colours are different.  Its a great flat and comes complete with everything you will need as its my own home and I rent out on airnb when I am away.

I'm offering it at £3500 pcm for short to medium term lets and very willing to negotiate on price for longer stays over six months.  It obviously includes all internet, water, gas, electricity bills and council tax  etc.

Please get in touch if you have any enquiries.  I will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.

Thanks everyone.

Best

Phil

    • Of course they do, watching cookery shows and buying cook books is a national pastime. However you raise a good point that some people claim they are time poor and end up eating out / takeaways as sometimes a quick macciedee is cheaper and easier than making a quick nutrious family meal.  However to put it in balance, not many people have the knowledge, confidence and time to cook Persian so good luck to team persepolis on this venture.
