Local black cab driver needed

Is there a local black cabbie that lives locally that would be Interested in helping me drop me and my mum weekly to Sainsbury dog kennel hill ? She in a wheelchair but can’t get out of it because of her stroke. She needs to stay in the wheelchair while the car moves.

Black cab sounds like a good solution but if it doesn't work out, have you tried Dial-a-ride? I know they aren't perfect but they are generally pretty good at honouring regular bookings. https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/dial-a-ride/

Either way, hope you find regular transport!
