This fabulous split-level flat offers two generous double bedrooms and has been newly refurbished to a high standard. One of its standout features is a stunning, spacious south-facing private roof terrace—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The flat is located on a quiet friendly street just around the corner from Northcross Road Saturday market and the shops and cinema in Lordship Lane.

It is excellently located for both city and west end workers.

It is ideal for a professional couple/professional sharers.

It has fantastic transport links to both the City and most other parts of London as East Dulwich and Peckham Stations are both within walking distance.

From Peckham station you are just four stops on the new "Ginger Line" Overground Tube line to Clapham Junction, seven stops to Hoxton - or two stops on the British Rail to either Victoria or London Bridge in 9 minutes.

The property has been totally refurbished from top to bottom and includes new carpets wood flooring and underfloor heating.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven,  fridge freezer, and washer/drying machine. There is plenty of room to eat in the kitchen.

The property is double-glazed and has an energy efficient boiler and low energy light bulbs which means low electricity bills.

The bedrooms are light and airy and large enough to fit double beds and desks/dressing tables etc

The bathroom has a full sized bathtub (with shower over), sink with mirror and Hollywood lights above plus shaver/toothbrush electric socket and toilet.

It's a short walk to the bustling and vibrant Peckham High Street (Lidl and Morrisons, McDonalds, Primani etc) - on one side - and the more laid back buggy- friendly territory of East Dulwich with its large Sainsburys Supermarket on Dog Kennel Hill - on the other.

Marks & Spencer Foodhall, William Rose Butchers, Moxon's Fishmongers and Brothers Fruit and Veg are just around the corner as are loads of great bars, pubs plus several of the best local neighbourhood restaurants in London (Ganapati), Yama Momo, The Begging Bowl, Artusi.

Several of South London's best pubs are also nearby - eg The Great Exhibition, The Gowlett Arms, The East Dulwich Tavern, The Victoria Inn, The Montpellier, The Actress and Frank's Rooftop bar in the summer.

Recreational facilities can be found at Goose Green Leisure Center (Gym and Swimming Pool) Peckham Rye, Jags Sports Club, Dulwich Park, Peckham Bowls and Peckham Community Sauna.

Entertainment can be found at the new Picture House Cinema Lordship Lane, The Bussey Building and Peckhamplex Cinema - all in walking distance.

    • The BBC is one of the finest, if not the finest, broadcasters in the world.  They have been admired by many across the world for their journalism.  There have been numerous arrests since their recent expose on convenience shops that cover ups for criminals - money laundering, contraband,  illegal workers and the like. By no means perfect and some of what they have done in the modern world is questionable - the website often comes across as tabloid or sensationalist, as do some of their documentaries, and at times it is full of low grade game shows, fly on the wall etc which bring the punters and money, including overseas, in but is not quality TV.  In their desperation for 'balance' they've given too much air time and credibility to some more extreme views, which contributed to Brexit and some of the rise in right wing parties.  I wish they'd say 'the convicted criminal' every time they talk about Yaxley Lenon. The programme was clumsy, why it didn't go through proper clearance including the lawyers, I don't know.  But it created zero stir at the time. Zero.  And had no impact on the election, so Trump has no case.  I hope they don't cave in like many of the US corporations and media.  Oh and well done to South Park using the small p*nis defence in ridiculing him. What I expect is as the Beeb is pretty centrist in it;s reporting in riles some of those who thrive on the toxic populism we have seen since Trump mark 1 and Brexit.  How sad.
