Cleaner required with high professional standards

I live in a 2 bed flat in Nunhead SE15. I've been using Housekeep which has mostly been fine, but there's a constant theme of carelessness, which has left a few items broken, pictures knocked off walls, exposed/untiled floor soaked with water when I said it had to be kept dry, etc.

So I'm really looking for a more personal, professional service. A good local cleaner with high professional standards, good understanding of English, not part of a call-out service, who can come once every two weeks to clean the flat. 

Any recommendations appreciated.
