My partner and I are a young professional couple looking for a 1-2 bed flat to rent with an outdoor space from mid September ( as where we currently are is being sold! ). We are looking for a long term let. We've had good experiences in the past dealing directly with landlords so would be great to cut out the estate agent middle man. 

Looking at Herne Hill /Dulwich area mainly

Our max budget would be £2,250 pcm
