Prenatal / pregnancy yoga class recommendations

Hello! I am looking for my first prenatal yoga glass and would be grateful for recommendations around East Dulwich. I have done yoga on and off for years butnever prental. Preferably after work during the week or early mornings but can make time during the day and weekends. Would love to find a teacher with good knowledge (I really don't know what I am doing) and hopefully meet a few other local women. Thank you!

Try oru space with Michelle. Think it runs on Wednesday evenings. She’s great. I also think the new casa core place does one but haven’t tried it.
