Free Hamax Bike seat for use 6 months to 5 years. Had good use but lots of life left in it. Seat plus bile attachment. In good order except the clip on one of the foot straps has broken which hasn't affected our use. Collection in East Dulwich (SE229JA).

  Last year the catchment widened significantly, the last few people to get in on the waiting list were up as far as marmora road. (Forest Hill Road end), possibly further. I would say it was likely that you would get in from a house of that distance on offers day and if not, on the waiting list, but of course nothing is guaranteed, good luck with whatever you decide X
