Gutters - photos

Hi, is there anyone that can come and take photos of my gutters please? I’m a leaseholder and my freeholder is trying to charge me for gutter cleaning but I’ve not seen them doing it therefore I want to check whether they have of not. They are try to charge me an extortionate amount for many charges that haven’t taken place!

I leave near Coop on Lordship Lane and  would like to get this done as soon as possible. 

Is there anyone that can help me please? I live in a Victoria ln covert (so 2 flats).

I really need some help.

This is just awful.
Would an extendable ladder be able to reach?
If you live near the property would a neighbour be able to lend a ladder?
IF yes then my fee would be £20 inc supply of images.
