Trapped in our neighbour's house who were away - hungry and thirsty but glad to be back home.  Phew

I'm so sorry to hear your Otto has gone missing.

I live pretty close to you & always carry a scanner on me, so I'll be keeping a look out for him.

If not already, notify your street & surrounding streets (many have WhatsApp groups following the pandemic).
