Upcycle suggestion, please

I have a rowing machine that I'd like to pass on to an upcycle charity so that a health-challenged person can benefit from some static, indoor exercise.

I've used it throughout the pandemic and apart from drive belt and a wiring repair, it works fine. Spanner and instructions included.
