School Street hours extended: Hillsboro' Road

Although the Southwark website says that the Hillboro' Road School Street hours are 8 to 8:45 and 3:15 to 4, I think the signs have been changed to match JAGS/Greendale, i.e.
8-9 and 3:15 to 5.

There was a new Traffic Management Order published fairly recently with the amended updated timings.
