Recommendation for EPDM specialist with experience of fitting round roof lights

Our builder bodged laying EPDM membrane on our newly build flat roof. There are 3 x roof lights fitted and they're now leaking. 

Any recommendations for someone who really knows what they're doing in this area? Skilled craftsman rather than bodger.

Builder awol.
