Motorbike for sale: Lexmoto Isca 125

I am looking for a new home for my first motorbike, a Lexmoto Isca 125cc which I used for a year or so before doing my full test. Sadly it was stolen from outside my house and recovered not long after slightly damaged as seen in the photos (under seat and fuel cap). 

It's been sat in a secure carpark for well over a year. It turns on, but I think the battery is dead - it turns over but doesn't quite get going. My knowledge/ skills stop about here - so hoping that someone with a better skillset would be able to get some use out of it, as I feel it has more life in it! 

I have full documentation including owners manual and 2 sets of keys. Current mileage: 4273. No MOT. 

Buyer would need a van to transport initially. Currently stored in SE15.
