Mum’s Functional Strength Classes At The Dulwich Sports Club

Hi there!

The Summer holidays are finishing, the kids are finally going back to school and it’s time to prioritise your health and fitness again.

 

We run 2x Mums functional strength training classes at the Dulwich Sports Club on Burbage Road.

 

9.15am-10am Tuesdays and Thursdays, right after school drop off- with private parking onsite.

 

The class is usually outside (looking across the beautiful grounds), but inside if it’s tipping it down. 

 

It’s a super nice, inclusive bunch of women that would love to welcome you down and help you become the strongest version of yourself this quarter.
