Looking for a studio space

Hi, I'm a contemporary artist: a very neat, clean, and quiet painter. My current studio space is 135 square feet for £170 a month. Does anyone have a similar space in their house, garden or garage, which they would like to rent out, without someone living in it, staying the nights, etc. Any leads are much appreciated! My current studio is closing down. Many thanks in advance. Please see two examples of my paintings attached.
