I will be running a three-week yoga course on Saturday mornings at 10.45 am ? 12.00pm. Details of the course are:

The course is being run to trial out interest in running a regular class at this time, with the prospect of it becoming a regular class later in the year. There will be a different focus in each week including looking at the feet, hips and shoulders.
