I will be running a three-week yoga course on Saturday mornings at 10.45 am ? 12.00pm. Details of the course are:

? Saturdays: 28th September, 5th October and 12th October

? Time: 10.45am ? 12.00pm

? Price: Drop In: ?11

? Special Offer: Book all 3 classes for ?25

? Venue: Goose Green Clinic of Osteopathy 59 East Dulwich Road SE22 9AP

The course is being run to trial out interest in running a regular class at this time, with the prospect of it becoming a regular class later in the year. There will be a different focus in each week including looking at the feet, hips and shoulders.
