Looking for room to rent for a young professional

My friend's son (19 yoa) is doing an apprenticeship in the city and is looking for a room to rent in a shared house. He is respectful and responsible, non-smoker and would make a good flat mate/tenant. He is from Devon so will be going home on some weekends but also staying in London on other weekends. Ideally he'd like to share with other professionals.
