I'm looking to change two of my radiators to a smaller size (mainly lower but wider so someone can build a bench to cover them), but I find it very (VERY!) difficult to understand the world of radiators. I need help (desperately!). If you can advice on which radiators to order and what is/isn't possible to do, I'll be happy to hire you for the installation of the new ones. Or if you happen to sell radiators - even better!!

  @bonaome yes that is what is being proposed for the asset rich and cash poor. Also an mortgage free asset worth £2m is very much real money - you can remortgage, release equity, use it as security for a loan, downsize, out it to work earning money (Airbnb, lodgers etc..) etc.. etc..
