Jld Posted Tuesday at 15:08 Share Posted Tuesday at 15:08 Is there anyone who can help to scan a cat that keeps coming into our garden and is very hungry to see if it has a microchip ,to try and trace it's owner ? IlonaM Posted Tuesday at 16:45 Share Posted Tuesday at 16:45 I think the Wingless Bird does (on here and also professional catsitter & behaviourist - https://www.thewinglessbird.com), otherwise Celia Hammon Lewisham could assist if rescue/medical assistance necessary ([email protected] and tel: 020 8691 2100). 1 1 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/367573-does-anyone-have-a-cat-microchip-scanner/#findComment-1721469 Share on other sites

If you can get the cat to a vet, I think they would scan it (if you think it might be lost). But probably best to phone first. Thanks for the advice .I did call Celia Hammond today and they are very busy at the moment and am waiting for a call back but in the meantime I thought I would see if I could find out who the owner was first . 1 hour ago, Sue said: If you can get the cat to a vet, I think they would scan it (if you think it might be lost). Thank you , I will try this if I can pick the cat up at some point if they let me if all else fails . 1 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/367573-does-anyone-have-a-cat-microchip-scanner/#findComment-1721482 Share on other sites
Castleton Posted Tuesday at 18:41 Share Posted Tuesday at 18:41 There's a thing called scan angels who can come to your location! 3 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/367573-does-anyone-have-a-cat-microchip-scanner/#findComment-1721485 Share on other sites
Bernadette 12 Posted Wednesday at 18:46 Share Posted Wednesday at 18:46 The wingless bird would either visit & scan or she may put you in touch with Michelle Benson, who is local & may scan. Also perhaps mention the road the cat is around. 1 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/367573-does-anyone-have-a-cat-microchip-scanner/#findComment-1721590 Share on other sites

ribrob
You could also post a photo of the cat here / or describe it. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/367573-does-anyone-have-a-cat-microchip-scanner/#findComment-1721951 Share on other sites
