Boiler specialist required

Moved into a place with new radiators. Tried to get the heating going but think the boiler pressure is too low so need this looked at. Hot water working no issue. Already been hit with a hefty call-out fee and then a heftier bill on top before the boiler was looked at so would really appreciate some transparency around cost ranges before going through the same 🙂 Please and thanks!
