The point is to discover if there are ways of choosing who delivers to you and ensure your items are delivered securely. While it should be fine to have items on your doorstep, it’s not. -
I work from home so don’t need to collect from anywhere. -
I’m quite sure that when I bought from JL they said how it would be delivered when I was choosing delivery. Is that not the same when you buy from Amazon? If it didn’t say, or if I wasn’t happy with the names courier, I’d arrange to collect it if I couldn’t be home, as bigmacca1 says.
