Bathroom / interior designer needed

I am looking to redo the family bathroom in my home. The current bathroom is very outdated, so we are thinking this will need to be a complete renovation. We are looking for someone who can advise on not only design ideas but also (and more importantly) practicalities such as changing the layout (including potentially moving plumbing). I need more design advice than a decorator or bathroom fitter can provide, but is the person I am looking for an interior designer? A bathroom designer (do people specialise in just bathrooms?)? Thanks in advance for recommendations.
