Great Condition Church's Brown Formal Shoes - Size 10 Roughly

Picked this pair up a while ago, I haven't worn them but looks like were barely worn before - sole in very good condition, and only notable sign of wear is on the very back as is shown in one of the pictures. Brand is very expensive as they're top quality with free resoling at churches stores (I think), usually around 900/1000 new. Looking for 400, but open to offers. Pick up in person SE24. Size not indicated on the shoe, but I reckon size 10.
