Stephanie's (coffee shop in Belair Park) facing bankruptcy after 50 burglaries

This is very sad. The coffee shop replaced a dingy yard where a couple of cars were parked, and it's a nice little spot to sit and have a coffee. Hopefully Stephanie the owner can continue to get the support of local punters and can find a way to secure the space.

That's really rubbish. I feel for them, they've done a great job of converting that space.

That's awful. Basically once a month, for four years.

I think there has to be a point where you cut your losses. Being uninsurable would be a main factor surely.
