We have a studio flat 5mins from Peckham Rye station / Bellenden road for rent either on a permanent week-only basis, or for short term rental.

Spacious ground floor studio flat. Has use of communal heated swimming pool in garden. Ideal for single person or couple who need to work in / visit London on regular basis but have a home elsewhere. Minimum rental 12 nights per calendar month @ £80 a night including ALL bills (except shared cleaning cost). Flexibility for a variety of sole use arrangements – alternate weeks, alternate fortnights or 3 nights a week. Additional nights available if needed. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. 

In quiet tree-lined Victorian / Georgian area (between Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye stations), only 10 minutes from fashionable Peckham. 5 mins to Bellenden Rd. with butcher, fishmonger, deli, cafes etc.. Peckham Rye Station 9 mins walk. Denmark Hill Station 12 mins walk. Excellent overland rail connections from Peckham Rye, connecting to Windrush line of the London Underground. Overland rail 13 mins to Victoria, 10 mins to London Bridge, 14 mins to Blackfriars and 24 mins to St Pancras.

Well equipped kitchen - microwave, dishwasher and SMEG Gas oven/hob. Washing machine and separate dryer. Loads of storage. Top quality stylish fold-down king-size bed. Small seating area directly outside back door with potted plants, garden table and chairs (pool is beyond). Flat is Non-Smoking, and no pets. There is WiFi, but no TV. If needed, visitor parking permits can be arranged (cost TBC). Pool a good length, open-air and for use at your own risk - heated Spring to Autumn (rarely used by other residents).

We're also open to term time only / or intermittent weeks or fortnights.
