Join Tiffy for a nurturing and informative workshop designed to support women through the menopause transition.

Together, we’ll explore what’s really happening physiologically during this time and identify common triggers that can intensify symptoms such as hot flushes, mood swings, and insomnia. You’ll be guided through a specially designed yoga practice aimed at soothing these unsettling symptoms.

The session includes grounding movement, breathwork, restorative poses, and a deeply calming Yoga Nidra meditation. We'll also reflect on the transformational potential of this life stage through journaling and shared discussion.

This workshop welcomes you wherever you are in your menopause journey - whether you're preparing for perimenopause (which can begin as early as your mid-30s), in the midst of the transition, or finding your way on the other side. It offers a toolkit of techniques, reflections, and support to help you move through this time with greater ease, confidence, and self-compassion.

It provides a supportive and welcoming space where women can come together, share experiences, learn from one another, and remind ourselves that we are NOT alone.

Tiffy is trained in Menopause Yoga by Petra Coveney and offers holistic, informed support for women navigating this transition in their own unique way.
No previous yoga experience is required.

This workshop includes:
• An introduction to the stages of menopause and how hormonal changes affect body and mind
• A supportive women’s circle for shared experience and connection
• A gentle yoga sequence designed to ease common menopause symptoms
• Breathing techniques, restorative yoga, mindful meditation & Yoga Nidra
• Journaling and self-reflection
• Handouts

Any questions at all, please reach out to Tiffy

    • Have been to both pubs in the evenings - whilst fine if there is only a couple of you but  quickly gets full up and noisy. It will be a Friday evening - the only time everyone can make it due to work commitments.  We went to Maria's Tortillas next to the Picture House last time and the food there was great for everyone, although we did not have the 10 and 12 year olds with us that time. I am hoping that the Persian restaurant  opposite Grove Tavern will be opening in the next 3 weeks as this would be ideal.  I tend to stick to fish, chicken and veggie meals.
    • Yes, but only until around 8pm from what i can tell!
    • I like the use of the world real estate, something we don't tend to use this side of the pond unless we are talking large pieces of land.  I understand that real estate does cover individual properties. Perhaps estate agents used to be known as real estate agents.  Let's ask AI Ah, it started when they were involved in selling the estates of the landed gentry, and then moved into the mass property market.
    • The craziest thing is there’s only one session in the morning on weekends now so it’s always MENTAL
