ACA PRESS RELEASE 7 October.docxACA QR Code and Link for Crowdjustice.pages

I hope this is of interest!.. so many locals outraged and supportive it's been a joy to help run this so far successful campaign!

A stand has to be taken against voracious developers and supine councils!

I used to direct Grand Designs on the telly.. so saw a lot of bad building.. trust me.. these are BAD!😂

So what do you want to see happen in the site ? The developer has to make money so increasing social housing may not be financially viable and we 100% need more accommodation locally.

Also the quote that it will be used by people as second homes is a bit strange, I would have suspected that would be the opposite as people might look to the countryside for a second home, not a semi run down town centre.

For future, can you attach files as PDFs not word documents as my firewall blocks Word downloads due to increased risk of carrying hidden payloads.

FWIW, I downloaded the file named ACA PRESS RELEASE 7 October.docx, using its link https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=121617&key=2ad3b20cf9d62e82315a3607eee83ec7 at 17:08 and submitted it to https://virusscan.jotti.org/en-US/scan-file# , which reported "Found nothing".

I then uploaded  it to https://acrobat.adobe.com/gb/en/word-to-pdf, and saved the PDF version that created as file ACA+PRESS+RELEASE+7+October.pdf, which I now attach.

Added: the second file attached in the OP turns out to be another Word document, containing a QR code image and a link to https://www.crowdjustice.com/case/acapeckham/.  I don't understand why this link couldn't have simply been included in the OP.

PS Apologies.  I've removed the attached PDF file.  It's an incomplete copy of the  Word file. I'd failed to create a free account with Adobe.  Several online Word to PDF converters are easily findable via google.

PPS: File reattached as was ok after all.

    • I’d highly recommend Daniel from Myhomesolution. He’s currently refurbishing our cellar and retrofitting a wet room into an existing bathroom, and the quality of his work has been excellent throughout. He’s incredibly neat, pays close attention to detail, and clearly puts a lot of thought into how to achieve the best possible finish. His workmanship is solid, he communicates well, and he takes real pride in getting things right. We’ve been really impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
    • Yes very possibly - will see if there is somewhere in the app to report
    • That's a lot of objectors. Hard to know how the Council can ignore this level of dissatisfaction or allow the two weekend extension that the event organisers are asking for. Let them look at doing one weekend on the Common (the usual site for all other events on Peckham Rye);  leave the actual park to be used as a green space and haven over all of summer, as it should be.
    • Short or long ,need a few more for my building project.
