2 Bedroom Garden Flat - Available for short term/circa six month rental (North Dulwich Triangle, near Dulwich Village/East Dulwich)

Recommended Posts

I’ve recently renovated a two bedroom flat with a private garden (one double bedroom room, one single bedroom, separate kitchen and large lounge).

I’m looking for someone to rent it on a short term basis. Ideally, circa six months.

It would suit someone who is renovating or, who wants to live in the Charter North/Judith Kerr/ Dulwich Village Infants catchment area.

Available immediately. Rent circa £2,800 PCM

Please do reach out if interested - more than happy to answer any questions.

Many thanks

Ross

Hi,

On the off chance you didn’t find anyone to rent out your place, we’re looking for somewhere for up to 2 weeks whilst our renovation finishes on Ivanhoe Road. My husband and I and 3yo daughter. We currently have nowhere to live from Thurs eve!

Let me know if that could at all help / work out for us both!

    • I'm wondering why they would do that? Because surely positive reviews could only help them, and if they thought they might get negative reviews, shouldn't they have been addressing the reasons that might be (unless someone had an unwarranted grudge against them)? But in any case, how could they have stopped people posting reviews on here? PS I have corrected your typo! 😃
    • Agreed. Just stating as a historic fact they tried to stiffle reviews.
    • A quick assessment on having a barter scheme amongst the community. An exchange of goods and services may be really helpful during these difficult times.    I wonder if it’s something that someone would be willing to set up separately and link to the forum? Or perhaps  an additional aspect of the forum itself if it was easy to include? I don’t have IT knowledge to set this up unfortunate, but I do have skills that I could offer. From past experience, it would probably work best as a direct exchange rather than coupon credit.    I may be flaunting the rules by posting on this twice, admin please feel free to delete one if this is the case.
