Concrete Tiled 1920's Fireplace fixed to wall

Hi, Looking for help fitting an old concrete tiled 1920's fireplace

We need to fix it to the chimney-breast securely.

We also need the chimney breast knocked out where it is currently bricked up to make space for an insert

The fireplace is purely decorative and we will not be using it for a fire.
