I’m looking for lovely new tenants for my stunning 2 bedroom garden flat on Barry Road.

The flat is partly furnished, with beds, sofas and a dining table which sits 6. There is heaps of built in storage and some drawers also.

There is a beautiful exposed brick wall in the sitting room which is really characterful.

There is a lovely garden with direct access from the back door. The garden is mainly patio with some beds for planting flowers in.

Most of the walls have just been repainted and I’ve had new worktops put in the kitchen too.

I’m happy to have well behaved, house trained pets, (who won’t cause damage!).

Rent is £2000 a month, with 5 weeks’ deposit.

Viewing ideally the evening of Wednesday 15th October or the morning of Thursday 16th October.

    • Any cyclist using Nairne Grove should have noticed the dangerous school streets bollard which was missing its metal cover, leaving it extremely dangerous to cyclists due to its ridiculous location on the corner. I'm amazed it hadn't been dealt with before but I reported it to the Council and within a few days it was sorted. As someone who broke a bone in a fall onto tarmac not long ago, I hope no one was injured in the meantime.  In future anyone can easily report dangerous road defects using:  https://www.fillthathole.org.uk/
