I totally agree with jazzer having been “jumped on” by various members..

I try and help as that is the sort of person I am, but now will try hard  to just read and not reply..

was down right hurtful to have a comment made along the lines that as I was no longer as person supposed, in ED and moved somewhere else should just leave group.

No longer sure what sort of people are on this group - certainly not as pleasant as it was 15 years  ago when people were pleasant, helpful and some things were a joke and much more  light hearted.

Everyone has a right to their own opinion as it is a public forum- meaning anyone can join from where-ever but c maybe I have got that wrong as well / doesn’t matter as I will probably leave…

No, not trying to get into a fight, just tired of being jumped on.

??????

I have read through this thread and I am totally bemused.

It had previously seemed to be a helpful thread, and I  don't want to send it any more off topic by responding to the last two posts by other forum members.

Could someone (or admin) please PM me if they think I have stepped out of line and explain why, as recent comments seem to be directed at me and have nothing to do with the subject of the thread.

This is a forum, and as in real life people are all  different, with different personalities and sensitivities, and react in different ways,  but the direction this thread has taken is very disappointing.

ETA: If the two previous posters want to discuss the points they have made which aren't relevant to the subject of this thread, perhaps one or both of them could start a new thread or threads in the lounge?

But probably this thread has come to an end  anyway. Thank you to the other posters for your useful information.

    • Sorry to be dim. Was that coming from the shop itself, or from customers? I'd have thought the shop would have some sort of large business bin, in which case presumably Tesco will as well?
    • Please be cautious of a woman walking two Border Collies off-lead on Peckham Rye. When my husband encountered her, the dogs were already a long distance ahead of her, and she shouted to warn him that one of them “didn’t like puppies.” Unfortunately, before he could react, her dog attacked our 6-month-old puppy. As a result, we are now currently up to £1,000 in vet bills; three of his newly grown adult teeth had to be removed so he is missing 3 of his 4 front teeth now, and he has been left with a hole in the bone of his palate which needs to be monitored to see if it will heal.  My kids are devastated and the puppy ( who we have been training really well so isnt badly behaved or agro with dogs ) is very unwell. I really wish that dogs known to be aggressive, or who do not reliably respond to recall, were kept on a lead to prevent incidents like this

    • Can confirm that they are extremely unpleasant, shouted abuse at me as I warned an OAP not to hand over her cash and then targetted me again as I left M&S.
