It took me some time to get the tara chuck reference, and every time I see anything about a pope I'm reminded of Conclave.

Sephiroth, I skimmed through the article but I'm still bemused. Too early in the day, it's only just gone ten 🤣

Can you explain in a few words (preferably short words) what Opus Dei is?

My O level Latin (massively useful in everyday life, obviously) says Work of God, but I assume it's some organisation associated with the Catholic church, that I should know what it is, grammar.

Well, I’m not saying they are quite as bad as the Spanish Inquisition… but if you’re thinking along those lines you’re in the right area 

secretive, extreme and not a little mad sect within Catholicism

I read that years ago, but I can't remember anything about it (but then I forget books as soon as I've finished them).
