Is anyone else banned from "adding reactions" on here?

Well, I can apparently  "react" provided I take up a whole other post to do it.

I wonder when "today" ends, and what is my daily quota of "reactions"?

I'm not aware of having "reacted" any more than usual! I've never had this message before!

I don't count! I never knew this limit existed!
