Does your teen ever feel nervous or overwhelmed about exams?

My beChill Exams 6-week online programme is designed to help teenagers (Years 10–13) feel calm, confident, and in control when they walk into the exam room.

With small groups of up to six students, each 75-minute session is fun, interactive, and practical. Students learn how to:

  • Turn anxious energy into calm focus

  • Improve concentration and manage emotional ups and downs

  • Build a “can-do” attitude and strengthen motivation

  • Sleep better and prepare with a clearer mind

They will also get access to the beChill App, session recordings, and notes so they can keep practising what they learn between sessions.

The techniques are based on Sophrology, Mindfulness, NLP, and Positive Psychology — all taught in a friendly, encouraging environment where every student feels supported.

If you’d like to find out more, you’re warmly invited to a FREE 45-minute Zoom presentation on 21st November or 4th December.

    • And from what I remember, she eventually cut the tea shop for a similar  reason to chandelier.  Chariot style buggies
    • Oh yes, it could have been about there, I can't remember exactly. At one point there seemed to be a load of pizza places opening on NCR. I vaguely remember the one we used to use was put out of business by another one which opened. Wasn't Grace and Favour's food offering more of a tea shop at the back of the actual shop? If memory serves the owner, whose name escapes me now, was one of the earliest people I know to move to Hastings. Which must now be crammed with South East Londoners 🤣
    • That Neal Street veggie cafe was great. Food For Thought ❤️
