But people getting up for work or if they’re a carer having to get up after a few hours sleep would know it’s gone 11pm as they’re kept awake by selfish people!
I agree.
Midnight I can understand when it's celebrating the start of a new year (under whatever system) but not otherwise.
Though re the wildlife, it's going to affect them whatever time it is, I don't suppose they know it's gone 11pm!
