In addition to what are facts, libel and defamation laws also have a number of built-in protections for free speech, such as honestly held opinion and public interest considerations. Perhaps posters should actually try and get an understanding of the law before accusing people of breaking it.

If I believe something to be a libel I would hardly repeat it. Would you?

As well as being weak enough to publicly cry about my posts instead of privately reporting to admin (because come on people we all know what penguin is too timid to own up to) , they are now to timid to even point to them

What has happened to so many people that they cower instead of just speaking up (see America in particular for this one )

if I have said anything incorrect point it out and if it’s wrong I’ll retract it

It’s striking how we have endless threads for years accusing Labour politicians back to Blair and brown via Corbyn to Starmer and Reeves - but as soon as people address Farage and ask questions and point to obvious problems - well, people get very jumpy and never even address the questions

I’ll try again - with farage lying about knowing Gill, and with Gill jailed for ten (10!!!!!) years for accepting Russian money, how likely is it that Farage is not connected? How likely is it that Russia chose just one minor politician to throw money at ?
