A lovely double room going in our beautiful 3 bed house in Queens Road Peckham/Nunhead, SE15 2HU (12 month tenancy), as my gorgeous friends (who've been here for 10 years) are moving out to a place of their own. Hoping to find someone warm, friendly, and easygoing who are looking for a lovely home and will make an effort to keep it that way. Must be ok living with a cat!

 

The room fits a double bed (would need to be provided) and is £750 per month. There are built in shelves and hanging storage as well as a linen cupboard directly outside the room for further use. The rooms face East, and get the most beautiful morning light! 

 

Both are not including bills, which are ~ £125 each month. 

 

The house itself has all the amenities you'd need:

- Large living room, kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher

- Big bathroom with bath/shower 

- Huge amounts of storage throughout the house 

- Back garden

- Extensive storage around the house including bookshelves, storage cupboards, coat hooks in the corridor, and clothes rail for drying clothes

- Great transport links (6 mins to queens road, 10 mins to nunhead, 12 mins to new cross gate)

 

Move in date asap, and absolutely by January 1st 2026.
