Hello,

Since I downloaded iOS7 I've had woes. The latest thing is that the music from iTunes doesn't always have the artwork. It was fine after the download but since that time, when I sync the phone, the artwork disappears. Also, a cloud icon with an arrow pointing down from it appears against every track.

Could someone explain what might be going on, in plain English? Thanks!

..means it's in the cloud not downlaoded onto the device....I think (i am not a geek)

According to an apple forum

"Hi I had the same problem but if you go to settings>music>Show all music and switch that to off

The problem goes away and you can see all the artwork for albums in your device
