The solid oak panel was ethically sourced from fallen trees in Epping Forest.

Sanded and varnished it and added the adjustable legs on it.

Its 92cm x 55-60cm Legs heights adjust between 70-110cm (may go higher, 110cm is what they are set at now).

Whilst you can adjust the height to suit your needs, it takes a bit of time to adjust so you wouldn't want to be adjusting them every day.

You'd typically adjust to the height needed and leave as that for a while or more.
