Hi everyone! I’ve got a friendly little cat currently hanging out in my shop who seems a bit lost and doesn’t want to leave. I want to make sure they’re not missing from a loving home. If this might be your cat or you know whose it is, just send me a DM. I’ll keep them safe here until someone can come pick them up. Thanks!

  • Saria changed the title to Lost cat

Hello Saria,

He is my cat - I live across the road from you.  Thank you for looking after him - I can assure you that he has a home, is well loved and fed despite his excellent act at appearing homeless (all a ploy to get snacks and cuddles!)

Please feel free to shoo him out of the door.  He has a catflap to get back in the house, but seems unable to work out how to use it!

Many thanks again,

Alice

    • We’re pretty much down to just sparrows, wood pigeons and the occasional great tit.  Plus parakeets, but I chase them away.    A couple of years ago we had bluetits, robins, blackbirds & goldfinches most days, but almost never now despite washing out the bird bath most days & decent regular bird seed & fat balls.  we have had a couple of sparrow hawks which was exciting, but I’d rather have the goldfinches..  v sad.
    • My garden has been completely empty of birds since I took down my bird feeders (I have to sort out the garden before I put them up again in a different spot.Cats were sitting in wait).
    • You need to book I think? We couldn't get a table when we tried!
    • Hello lovely Dulwich neighbours 👋 I’m helping to set up a small cello discovery pilot at my local state primary school, giving children their very first chance to experience learning a string instrument in a relaxed, inclusive way. We’re currently looking to borrow or rehome a few 1/4 size cellos that children may have outgrown and are no longer being used. If you have one tucked away in a cupboard or loft and would be happy for it to be loaned for the term or donated, it would be incredibly appreciated and put to wonderful use supporting young musicians at the very beginning of their journey. Happy to collect from anywhere locally (or further afield if helpful). Thank you so much! Angela
