Estate visitor parking permit locations Denmark Hill Estate

Hello, I’m hoping that someone here can help me with a parking issue I’m having.

 

I live on the Denmark Hill Estate. I had some builders come to do some work on my flat the last few days and so I booked them an estate visitor parking permit. I thought that would mean that they could park on the estate in front of my entrance, but they got a parking ticket. After speaking to several council people on the phone someone finally explained to me that there is a specific location on the permit - in this case E-DN - but they couldn’t tell me where it’s located. I’ve walked in circles around the estate looking for E-DN but can’t see it written anywhere. I’m at a loss for what to do to avoid another ticket. 
 

does anyone know where E-DN is or where I can find out?

Whoever issued the parking ticket must know!

What council department issued the ticket? If that's who you phoned, and they can't help, I can't see how you could be expected to avoid getting another ticket!

You definitely need to appeal if the location isn't clear on the permit or, apparently, anywhere else.

Might your neighbours know?
