Free hand held duster buster vacuum (parts?)

Hand held vacuum cleaner made by Holife. It was working, then we put it in storage, and now doesn't seem to work anymore. Comes with charging plug and bag. Makes a very quiet ticking noise when charging. Can anyone use for parts or try and fix? Collection between the Castle and the Lordship (SE22).
