Free hand held duster buster vacuum (parts?)

Hand held vacuum cleaner made my Holife. It was working, then we put it in storage, and now doesn't seem to work anymore. Comes with charging plug and bag. Makes a very quiet ticking noise when charging. Can anyone use for parts or try and fix? Collection between the Castle and the Lordship (SE22).

  There's definitely someone feeding the foxes in crystal palace road. It's not natural and quite dangerous, but some people can't help feed mangy wild vermin.

  I saw similar happen near Elephant and Castle when I was on the bus today. Cyclist on the pavement stole a phone out of a woman's hand. He then joined all the other cyclists in the same uniform (black puffa coat, black hat, black balaclava) travelling around the area and would have been impossible to single out, even if the police still bothered to turn up to such events (they don't).
