2 desk spaces in a shared studio space on Blackwater Street

Happy New Year everyone!

We have a large studio space round the corner from William Rose butcher (Lordship Lane) on Blackwater Street. We are nimtim architects and occupy the first floor of the unit. We have a couple of desks available on our sunny bright ground floor. These desks are within an open plan layout shared with another Architect practice (Rider Stirland Architects) and a couple of sole practitioners. We have wifi, communal kitchen, bike parking and optional use of an A3 printer, a break out space and a meeting room. We share cpds and organise socials too.
