Excellent condition - no stains or pulls in fabric despite being a few years old. Mattress v clean as barely used & always with mattress protector. Covers can be removed for washing - no stains or tears or pulls - fabric is in really good shape. Pulls out into comfy double sofa bed. Originally paid £1,800 from John Lewis. Collection East Dulwich area - it’s very heavy and very solid piece of furniture so needs 2 people and a van. No pets and smoke free household. Measurements 79” x 38” deep x 30” high. 91 inches when mattress is pulled out, though the final leg which stands on the floor is about 14 inches less than that so you can for example, pull it out next to a fireplace / hearth and have the actual mattress overhang, if the space is right.
