Painter & decorator for residential work - common space in large development

I live in a large residential development (122 apartments). Our management company has decided to redecorate the interior common spaces (6 sub-blocks with their own entrance, stairwell, and hallways). Residents have been invited to nominate suitable contractors to be included within the tendering process. We'd really like local companies to submit a tender. If you are interested, please submit your details by 13 February and I will pass them on to KFH, who is managing the tender process.
