Outlook/Hotmail Probs....

Is anyone else experiencing problems with their Outlook/Hotmail email account?

For the past 24 hours it's been taking yonks to load a page, and when it does the layout is all over the place.

I've accessed my email from my lasptop and iPhone and the problem is the same on both.

I've got separate work and social accounts which aren't linked...I have to log out and back in to get from one to the other, and both accounts have the same problem, which tends to suggest it might be a general problem rather than specific to my accounts. Any feedback much appreciated...

There seems that there is a new outlook.com interface..

Not sure if this is your problem but might put you on the right track

Hi Foxy, thanks for your post.

The problem seems to have rectified itself in the past couple of minutes.

I'll look into that link anyway, cheers.

I'll be back to seek advice on the best way to back up email accounts!..
