Just sharing in case this helps local parents.

We have a few places available in recreational rhythmic gymnastics groups:

• Mondays – East Dulwich

• Saturdays – Forest Hill

Age groups: girls 5–7 and 7–10

Sessions focus on coordination, flexibility, posture, movement to music and confidence. Recreational gymnasts can also take part (optionally) in London competitions designed for this level.
