Thai yoga massage

Often described as ?yoga that?s done to you?, Thai yoga massage combines deep tissue massage and assisted yoga stretches leaving you feeling deeply relaxed. The massage is performed through loose clothing.

Ayurvedic back massage

Warm oil is liberally applied to your back. Using smooth, flowing strokes the oil is then massaged into your skin relieving aches and pains in your back, arms and shoulders.

A Thai and Ayurvedic combination massage (60, 90 or 120 minutes) is also available

N.B. Thai-vedic massage will be closed 14th -18th October while I attend an Ayurvedic training course and again from 20th-27th (while I climb a Pyrenee or three). From 28th October I will be offering new services:

Head/neck/arm massage (Shirobhyanga)and

Detox body scrub (Udvartana)
