Due to my builders over enthusiastic buying I have the following surplus: 25kg full unopened bag of Universal Bonding compound (Siniat make).  Plus an opened half bag. 

20kg bag unopened of Dunlop CX-03 Fast Set Tile Adhesive (Grey) 

These were bought on 20/1/26 and have been stored in my dry hallway so are in good condition but SELCO don’t offer a returns service so here we are. They are worth over £30 but will take £15 for the lot. Could deliver if local to Forest Hill or East Dulwich.
